Who We Are
We are a small business who was founded through a passion for property. Particularly for reviving unloved and outdated property and bringing them up to the standards for modern life living.
What We Do
Each renovation is carefully planned and monitored. We are hands-on from pre-purchase and throughout the project to ensure a well-finished product. We have a base of trusted local contractors who perform the major trades, whilst we manage everything in between.
How We Do It
We take the environmental impact of property renovation seriously. We minimise the waste on our sites and recycle as much as we can. We maximise the efficiency by increasing insulation, replacing outdated heating systems and installing smart meters. We get our property to a minimum of EPC Category C.
